Damaged or defective items?

Can I cancel an order that is back-ordered or not shipped yet?

Yes, you can, if your item is on backorder or hasn’t been shipped, you can contact customer service at info@kojiwhite.com. We will cancel your order for a full refund. Be sure to include your Order Number in the email subject line.

Why did my order get canceled?

Orders will be canceled if:

• Shipping information is incorrect
• Undeliverable address
• Contact information is incorrect
• PayPal timed out and/or a payment didn’t go through correctly

Our customer service team will send you an email to check and see how we can help fix this order. If we have not heard back within 6 weeks we will have to cancel the order. Don’t worry! If this is an error, please contact us at info@kojiwhite.com and we will get this sorted right away.
